Kathmandu. A dispute has arisen among the top leadership of the CPN (UML) regarding the review of electoral defeat and party reorganization. Vice-Chairman Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ has raised serious theoretical and political questions about the thinking and intentions of General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, fully defending party chairman KP Sharma Oli.
