Kathmandu, Jan 17; The Bagmati province government has spent only 8.99 percent of the capital expenditure during the first six months of the current fiscal year 2082/83.According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning, the provincial government has spent about 14.10 percent of the total budget from Shrawan to Poush of the current fiscal year 2082/83.
