Kathmandu. The English edition of rights activist Mall K. Sundar's Nepal Bhasa book 'September 17' has been released.Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Acting Mayor Sunita Dangol, while releasing the translated work, stated that it includes subject matter of the Newar community.Critic Abhi Subedi said that through literature, the author has documented the language, customs, and culture of the Newar community.
