Kathmandu, Jan 18: Vice Chairperson of the National Assembly, Bimala Ghimire, has said the energy and creative works of youths should be utilized for nation building.She said it in her address to a concluding session of the 'Model United Nations 4.0' programme on Sunday. Vice Chairperson Ghimire expressed worry whether youths and their talents would be misused.
