The Social Welfare Council has granted a final seven-day extension for businesses and organizations occupying physical structures in the Bhrikutimandap area to clear their outstanding rent. In an urgent notice published on Wednesday, the Council provided a final deadline for 18 organizations, including the Reporters Club, to settle their dues.The Council had previously issued multiple letters and public notices to those who have long failed to pay rent for stalls, booths, and buildings within Bhrikutimandap.
