The Election Code of Conduct, 2082, mandates that political parties and candidates must publish their manifestos before commencing election campaigning for the House of Representatives elections scheduled for February 21.Clause 37 of the Code of Conduct stipulates that political parties or candidates must publicize their election manifesto and base their campaigning on it.
