Kathmandu. Police have arrested astrologer Rudranath Adhikari on charges of engaging in activities aimed at disrupting the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21. SP Pawan Bhattarai of the Kathmandu District Police Complex confirmed the arrest to Ratopati.The Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested him on allegations of spreading rumors on social media platform YouTube, claiming that the 'election will not happen,' and handed him over to the Kathmandu police on Sunday evening.
