California. A 17-year-old girl has been charged in connection with a shooting at a mosque in San Diego, California, in May that resulted in three deaths. A grand jury in North Carolina on Monday indicted Sara Lindsey Santiago on three counts of murder and one count of criminal conspiracy for aiding in the incident.
