Kathmandu. Discussions have begun among parties regarding the formation of a parliamentary special committee in the context of the Rasuwa–Bhotekoshi–Trishuli disaster and climate change. Leaders have gathered for preliminary discussions in the hall of the Education Committee at Singha Durbar. Ruling party RSP Chief Whip Kabindra Burla Koti informed that the leaders involved in the discussion include the parliamentary party leader, deputy leader, and chief whip from the parties in parliament.
