Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Pukar Bam has suggested to the Kathmandu Road Division to mobilize riders and volunteers to identify potholes and damage on the roads. He made this suggestion while speaking at the launch program of the 'Road Suggestion' mobile app organized by the Kathmandu Road Division.
