A habeas corpus petition has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding the release of former Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli.Oli's wife, Radhika Shakya, filed the habeas corpus petition on the grounds that he was illegally arrested and detained.
