Kathmandu. Renowned sarod player Sudarshan Rajopadhyaya has been honored with the 'Kalakshetram' award in India. Rajopadhyaya was presented the award at Bharat Utsav 2026, organized by Akhil Lokkala Cultural Organization in Pune, Maharashtra.According to the organization's General Secretary Dr. Pramod Nanvare, more than 3,500 artists from various states of India presented folk arts including Bharat Natyam and Kathak at Bharat Utsav.
