Gandaki, Oct 28: Snowfall has been recorded at Annapurna Base Camp, which is situated above Machhapuchchhre Base Camp in Kaski. Machhapuchchhre Base Camp lies along the trekking route to Annapurna Base Camp. According to Chhomrong Tourism Management Committee Chair Jaganras Gurung, the snowfall has been occurring since Monday evening. This snowfall coincides with a surge of tourists, predominantly domestic, arriving shortly after the Tihar festival.
