Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Mega Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jyotiprakash Pandey has been released on bail. A bench of Kathmandu District Court Judge Kamal Kant Joshi had demanded a bail of 80 lakh rupees from Pandey on Thursday. Pandey, who was arrested on charges of irregularities in the auction process of Smart Cell, has been ordered by the Kathmandu District Court to be released on a bail of 80 lakh rupees.Pandey has been released after submitting a bank guarantee equal to the amount demanded by the court.
