The Nepal Geriatric Health Center has been established to prioritize the health and well-being of senior citizens.The center is located at the Manmohan Memorial College and Teaching Hospital in Swayambhu. Led by Dr. Jagdish Kumar Chhetri, it is reported to be the first health center in Nepal dedicated exclusively to senior citizens.Director Dr. Chhetri stated that the center is staffed by internationally experienced geriatricians, specialist physicians, and physical medicine and rehabilitation experts.
