Kathmandu. Supreme Court Section Officer Mahiman Singh Bista has been convicted of forgery. A bench led by Judge Khimanda Bhusal of the Kathmandu District Court delivered the verdict on Sunday. Bista will be presented before another bench for sentencing.Bista was arrested by police on 2082 Baishakh 19 following an investigation into allegations that he had issued a letter for the arrest of Resham Chaudhary, the patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party (NUP).
