Kathmandu. Nepal Police have arrested one person with brown heroin and cash amounting to NPR 100,000 from Tokha, Kathmandu. A team from the District Police Range Kathmandu and Police Division New Buspark arrested Yugsang Rai, 38, a permanent resident of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-15, Sunsari, currently residing in Tokha, Kathmandu, with 20.64 grams of brown heroin and NPR 115,000 in cash.
