Kathmandu, Dec 16: Prime Minister Sushila Karki administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed Vice-Chairperson of National Planning Commission, Dr Prakash Kumar Shrestha and member Prof Dr Suniti Shrestha (Hada).The duo took the oath before the Head of the Government at a special ceremony organized here today.
