Kathmandu. Amidst a wave for the Rastriya Swatantra Party across the country, the CPN-UML has maintained a lead in five constituencies so far. UML candidates are leading in Ilam-2 with Suhang Nembang, Ilam-1 with Kaji Man Kagate, Achham-2 with Yagya Bahadur Bogati, Mugu-1 with Purnabahadur Rokaya, and Sankhuwasabha with Arjun Kumar Karki.In Ilam-2, Suhang Nembang maintains the lead with 19,691 votes, while Sudip Rai of the Shram Sanskriti Party is trailing with 13,607 votes.
