Dhading police, searching for a fugitive defendant, have recovered a large quantity of illegal drug opium and weapons. 51 kg 980 grams of pure opium have been recovered from Hoang, Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality–2, in southern Dhading.Along with opium and an illegal muzzle-loading gun, 35-year-old Bir Bahadur Tamang, a resident of the same place, has been arrested, informed Prakash Dahal, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Dhading.
