Preparations Underway to Relocate Squatters to Government Buildings in Nagarjun
Kathmandu. Preparations are underway at a government building in Nagarjun Municipality-1 to provide temporary housing for squatters relocated from areas including Thapathali. One of the three buildings constructed under the initiative of former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is being prepared to accommodate the squatters. Since Saturday, workers have been engaged in cleaning and painting the building. Repairs and electrical installations are ongoing in rooms lacking power.
