The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), which won all four direct seats in the House of Representatives election held last Thursday, has emerged as the party securing the leading votes in the proportional representation category across all four constituencies in Parsa.Chief Election Officer Gayatri Prasad Regmi stated that out of 62,506 votes cast in Parsa Constituency No. 1, RSP received 34,463 votes. Kathmandu. The vote count for the Proportional Representation (PR) system of the House of Representatives elections has surpassed 10.3 million as of Tuesday morning. According to the latest details from the Election Commission, 10,310,330 votes have been counted nationwide so far.According to the latest vote tally, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has maintained its dominance by securing 4,958,781 votes.
