Two Identified in Manang Avalanche Deaths
Kathmandu. The identity of two people who died in an avalanche in Himlung, Manang has been revealed. The bodies of 2 people who went out of contact in the avalanche on Sunday have been found. Those who died are Chhepi Bhote, originally from Bhotkhola Rural Municipality-3, Sankhuwasabha, and Pasang Bhote, 31, originally from Ward No. 2 of the same rural municipality. District Police Office Manang Inspector Binod Bohara told Ratopati that their bodies have been sent to Kathmandu for postmortem.
