Saptari. A person died today after drowning while bathing in the Saptakoshi Barrage located in Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality-1. District Police Office Police Inspector Bijay Karki informed that 17-year-old Ripesh Kumar Yadav, son of Dipendra Yadav, a resident of Portaha, Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality-3, died due to drowning.
