Supreme Court Issues Interim Order on Customs Duty Threshold
Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an interim order on the implementation of the decision made by the Nepal government to impose customs duty even on goods worth one hundred rupees by setting a border limit. A joint bench of Justices Hari Prasad Phuyal and Tek Prasad Dhungana has issued an interim order not to implement the decision to collect customs duty on essential goods.
