Kathmandu. Vice President Ramsharan Simkhada has been appointed as the head of the Philanthropy and Humanitarian Aid (PHA) department of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). This department will focus on four main pillars: 'One NCC One Project', 'One Province One Mobile Blood Bus', 'Disaster Management', and 'Earn and Education' (Child Education Project).
