Industry Minister Deepak Kumar Shah's Claim of 160 Gas Bullet Imports Disproven by Nepal Oil Corporation Data
Kathmandu. Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister Deepak Kumar Shah has been proven to have lied by making factually incorrect claims in his first formal discussion with journalists. Last Tuesday, Minister Shah, who had called journalists writing on industry, commerce, supply, and consumer-related issues to the ministry for a discussion, claimed that 160 bullet LPG cylinders would be imported daily starting the next day (Wednesday). However, the minister's claim does not match the actual supply details of the Nepal Oil Corporation.
