Two Children Die After Falling Into Excavation Pit in Surkhet
Surkhet. Two children have died after falling into a pit in Surkhet. The deceased have been identified as 7-year-old Khemraj Katuwal and 5-year-old Deepika Katuwal from Birendranagar Municipality-9.They are the children of Tek Bahadur Katuwal, who is originally from Chilakhaya, Tilagufaa Municipality-9, Kalikot, and currently resides in Birendranagar-9.According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Mohan Jung Budhathapa of the District Police Office, Surkhet, the children died on Monday evening after falling into a pit dug for house construction....
