Kathmandu. A meeting of the Central Committee and Parliamentary Party of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has begun to appoint senior leader Balen Shah as the party's leader. The meeting, held today at the central office in Vanasthali, is set to ratify the proposal to unanimously make Balen the party leader.
