A 'Parliamentary Special Committee on Climate Change in the Himalayas and BhoteKoshi-Trishuli Disaster' has been formed by the House of Representatives to study the loss of life and property and the destructive disaster caused by the flood in BhoteKoshi on the 10th of Bhadra.
