Kathmandu. The case concerning the official recognition dispute of the Nepali Congress has been placed on the 'not to be heard' list. The hearing for the writ petition regarding the Nepali Congress official recognition dispute was scheduled in the joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Binod Sharma and Meghraj Pokharel.
